2014 Christmas Lights Parade in the Waimahaihai District
This season, Waimahaihai District neighbors put on a show and graced their gardens with the old, the new, and the LED. Residents walked a little more than usual to take in the tour.
This year, the Waimahaihai District recognized the best and the brightest with seven different awards, complete with certificates and Christmas goodies delivered to their doorstep, by our “Christmas Queen”, Christmas Committee Chair, Sharon. While the pictures below don’t include all of our “winners” it does chronicle the highlights of the yards within “tinkle distance” while walking our Whippit, “the Lucky Dog.”
Dr. Johnny’s Place is a Waimahaihai Wonderland and one of our winner’s. Amazing display every year. Great job!
Chuck & Lisa Burke’s place on Hoonahea is dazzling and oh, so very Christmassy! No doubt one of our winners. Congratulations guys!
Kawai Sellers and Ohana at 186 Mehani Circle with graceful elegance with white on white.
The cottage at 109A Miha Place (across from the abandoned Jeep house) looked sugary sweet with this candy cane display nestled in their tree.
Somewhere on Miha Place, Mr. Snowman was enjoying the cool Kihei weather.
